How it works
Whether you're discharging one client or coordinating across a full caseload, Newly Sober gets you there faster.
Enter criteria — location, gender, insurance, and any special needs. No medical records needed to start.
Browse homes that fit. See house rules, amenities, and real availability before you reach out.
Connect directly with homeowners. Placement confirmed in writing, documented in your dashboard.
Built for your workflow
Stop chasing beds by phone. Newly Sober surfaces verified availability, real house rules, and the details that actually matter for your clients.
Every home is verified before going live. No more calling around to beds that don't exist or homes that won't pick up.
Medication-assisted treatment, court-ordered clients, dual diagnosis, gender-specific — filter homes by the criteria your clients actually need.
Every placement lives in your dashboard. Audit-ready documentation without digging through emails.
See all pending placements, discharge timelines, and matched beds in one organized view — built for high-caseload clinicians.
You know things about your client that no form captures. We’re not trying to replace that judgment — we’re trying to stop you from spending Thursday afternoon on the phone establishing facts a database should have told you in ten seconds. What you do with the shortlist is your call, and the platform never makes it for you.
Our commitment
When you refer a client to a home on Newly Sober, someone from our team has already been inside it. Every home completes a walkthrough and a verification interview before it goes live, and any home reporting FARR certification is checked against FARR's public directory.
How we verify
Every homeowner submits a detailed application. We review ownership background, FARR certification status, years of operational experience, and any prior compliance history.
We conduct a structured review of the home's physical environment, house management policies, and the day-to-day experience residents can expect.
Homes must provide written house rules, a resident agreement, relapse and re-entry policies, fee structures, and resident rights documentation before any listing goes live.
Verification isn't a one-time badge. We monitor resident feedback, flag concerns, and can remove listings that fall below our standard at any time.
What we look for
Zero-tolerance sobriety policies and clear enforcement procedures.
Homeowners and house managers with demonstrated recovery support experience.
Active encouragement of 12-step, SMART Recovery, outpatient care, or peer support.
No hidden fees. All cost information is disclosed clearly before placement.
Written policies that protect residents and outline a clear grievance process.
Access to employment support, transportation, and connection to the broader recovery community.
That's intentional. We'd rather show you five homes we've walked through than fifty we haven't — because the clients you refer deserve homes you can stand behind.
Newly Sober gives case managers a structured, transparent way to place clients in sober living after treatment — built for case managers and care teams.
