For sober living homeowners
You already know which placements don’t work. Newly Sober asks residents the questions you’d ask on the phone, then only sends you the ones who clear your requirements.
Now onboarding homes across Florida, with plans to scale nationwide.
You publish your minimum stay, gender policy, medication policy, and who you can't accept. Residents are filtered against it before a request reaches you.
Set rates per bed and mark beds open or filled. Residents see current availability, so you stop fielding calls about a bed that filled Tuesday.
Applications, messages, and placement decisions in a single dashboard.
Store your documents with their expiry dates and get told before they lapse.
You describe your house's structure and daily rhythm. We publish it as yours, not as our assessment.
We don’t decide who belongs in your house. You publish what your program requires, we filter out the people it can’t serve, and you get a shorter stack of applicants who clear your criteria — with enough information to make the same judgment you’d make on the phone, faster. Every admission decision stays yours.
It’s more than most platforms ask. That’s deliberate: it’s the reason a case manager can send you a client without making six phone calls first, and it’s why we can tell a family that someone from our team has actually been inside your house.
Before your listing goes live. Someone from our team walks the property — in person, or by live video with you — and goes through your house rules, resident agreement, structure level, and admission criteria. If you're FARR certified, we'll confirm it against FARR's public directory.
On file with us.
A listing showing beds that aren't there is the fastest way off the platform.
To placement requests, even if the answer is no.
If your home can't accept someone on methadone, say so. Residents aren't penalized for it and neither are you — but a surprise rejection at move-in is a harm we're built to prevent.
A flat monthly subscription per home. That’s the whole model.
We don't take a cut of a placement, and we don't invoice you when one happens.
What a resident pays you is yours.
A home's position in a resident's results is determined by fit alone. It cannot be bought, at any price.
Homes onboarding during our beta aren’t being charged while we finish building.
We don’t help you obtain FARR or NARR certification and we aren’t affiliated with either organization. If you’re certified, we’ll confirm it against FARR’s public directory and keep it on your record. If you’re not, you can still list — our standard is our own, and the walkthrough is what it turns on.
We don’t manage your property, screen your residents for you, or set your rates.
